This 10 Watt driver is supplied with a resistor that determines the current strength. It is therefore important that you let us know during the order how many mA the driver should deliver, namely a value between 150 and 400mA. 2 cover caps with strain relief are supplied as standard.

It is important that you understand that the current value (mA) of your LED affects the power of the output of the driver, you can read all about this in our BLOG

OVERVIEW OF CONFIGURATION TRIDONIC LC10 CASAMBI DRIVER BDW

Tridonic LC10 enters the app with the profile "bDW Driver (dim)". You can also choose other profiles, you will find them under the tab "PROFILES".

Connection voltage 230V
Flow; 150-400mA
Maximum power; 10W

Model 28002411

The table below shows the mA values versus the maximum output power. Note that the driver will operate from 15V.

Suppose you want to work at 400mA, and you connect a 3W LED. The voltage on the LED would then be; 3W / 400mA = 7,5V either; outside of the driver's minimum range.

If you put 2 of those 3W LEDs in series the voltage is; 6W / 400mA = 15V and therefore OK.

Here you can see the available profiles of the LC10 from Tridonic. The difference between the first and the second profile is that the push input does not work with the first.

You can change the profile just before adding the dimmer to your network. If you have already added the dimmer to your network and you want to change the profile, you must first disconnect it.
