A) This DIN rail suitable Dalcnet device receives commands from the Bluetooth network that are intended to control lamps or groups on the DALI line. There is no DALI power supply available and the DALI line must therefore be powered by another device. You must connect a low-voltage power supply of 12, 24 or 48 VDC.

B) If you set profile "CBU DALI GATEWAY", a DALI master bus from someone else, such as a Building Management System Bluetooth, can send commands to the network to which this device is connected. Every Casambi lamp in that Bluetooth network has a DALI address. With Casambi Tunable White or RGB/RBGW devices, they are recognized by the DALI Master as DALI DT8. Once again you must connect a low-voltage power supply.
